We hired Charlie to do some significant structural work at our home as a part of a bigger renovation project we were doing. It was a stressful time for us, with a lot of moving parts, but Charlie made his part of the project easy. He was easy to communicate with, quick to get back to us and always kept us in the loop. When he was doing the job, he always showed up on time, worked hard and even cleaned up after himself when he was done each day. I cannot recommend Charlie enough. When I purchased my home in Welland, I wanted to make some changes to the basement and the bathroom in the basement. Two separate rooms. My real estate agent referred me to Charlie.

Charlie created a laundry room with LOT’S of storage. He paid attention to detail so that the shelves were measured and made to accommodate my big bins. He kept within the budget. The room is big, bright and beautiful.

The bathroom was a complete gut and was finished beautifully. The layout was changed so that it is much more functional.
